STOP! Just Breathe

It might sound easy to do but it really isn’t, time consumes us and we forget to stop to take in the fresh air. Everyone is busy with their jobs, business, family and etc that we lose ourselves sometimes. If you are anything like me even when you go to bed your mind continues to wonder and we don’t get much sleep. Having time to yourself each day is very important, it allows you to take in some fresh air and clear your mind for a few minutes each day.

This week try taking the time to stop and take in some fresh air by; drinking your morning coffee outside on the patio, taking a short walk, reading your bible outside while the birds sing, yoga on the grass or whatever you do to ease your mind and just take in some good old Vitamin D.

Life can get crazy, don’t let the stress build. Stop and breathe when you get the chance.
